Vintage Copper Colander Brass Claw Feet & Handles Tin Lined Footed Strainer

Description

Vintage copper colander with a tin-lined bowl, twin brass loop handles, and three riveted brass claw-and-ball feet. Star-cluster perforation pattern around the bowl with a center drain cluster underneath - the classic farmhouse-kitchen form, as good on open shelving as it is over the sink. Approx. 9.5 in across the rim x 5 in tall on its feet (intake estimate - see notes). Unmarked; no maker's stamp on the body or base. Condition: Pre-owned with honest age. The copper exterior wears a warm mottled patina with scattered spotting; the tin lining shows gray oxidation and water spotting consistent with use (photographed up close). Handles and all three feet are solid and rivets tight. Not polished, not re-tinned - presented as found, ready to use as decor or to restore.
